I will keep it simple, i am loving the music in a specific psp game. And i want to extract the original full quality media from my iso file. I was able to get raw Videofiles, but i want the audio.

Anyone have a solution for this? IE, extracting media files from a psp iso?

buying/downloading the soundtrack of the game seems a lot more easy

You could check for an official soundtrack. Its the only way to get pure, unaltered, full-quality music. Music on games are often compressed, mind you they still sound excellent, but still compressed. Picky Audiophiles prefer this method, and only resort to game rips if left with no other option.

Another way is to get a 3.5mm Male to Male cord, and connect PSP to PC and use various recording methods to rip the audi that way.

You idea of hacking/extracting the ISO and picking out audio files can be easy-to-difficult depending on the game. You're more-or-less on your own unless Mr Expert comes in here telling you exactly how its done for x game.
