How to edit, make and insert sprites into pokemon Black and White

For This Tutorial I Will Use:
A Pokemon Black Rom
Nitro Explorer
Ms Paint
BWOE (Black And White Overworld Editor)

First Download the Archive at the bottom of the page.
Extract it all to your desktop
Open your pokemon black rom with nitro explorer by clicking "Load Rom"

Navigate to this file (Marked by star)and press extract.

Type .narc on the end of the file when saving
Save it to the same location as BWOE

Run BWOE. You should see this

Press open Narc and navigate to the file
Scroll Down on the bar with the numbers until number 144, we will edit mom as an example

Press export image and save it in the same folder as BWOE

right click the 114 file and click open with paint
Once paint apears zoom in and edit the charecter however you want, don't make it rainbow as each sprite has a colour limit.
Replace each colour with a different one or just use moms sprite as a base. We need to edit every view point/sprite with the same colours or else we get a glitch. Notice mom only has 7 view points/sprites, this is because she doesn't move much. Stationary charecters (e.g. the nurse in the pokemon centre) Only has 1 view point because she doesn't move. Whereas the main charecter has over 40 view points/sprites for walking, surfing, cycling, running and recieving items at a zoomed camera angle, as well as view points/sprites for far away angles.

Here you can see before and after shots of moms sprite

Now switch back to BWOE, and press import image
navigate to the 144.png file and press it

Now press save narc, save over 9.narc in the BWOE.
Now open you pokemon black rom in nitro explorer
Navigate to this file

and press reinsert

You now have changed sprites! See below for change

Is there an index of sprite IDs or something? And can you edit the larger sprites shown at the beginning of a battle?

Just a question, since these are the overworld sprites where exactly are the other sprites (like Trainers when you are battling, their backs, Pokemon backs, etc.)
Sorry if that seems like a stupid question o.o Also thanks for this guide ^^

To edit those is alot more work because you have to have a bunch of other prgrams. Give me a sec and I'll post it on here.

Kazowars Black/White Sprite Editor.
extract narc with nitroexplorer narc = a/0/7/2

Use editor.exe to extract the contents of the narc file into a folder. There should be 760 files.
Every 8 files is for each sprite. Example: 000-007 = Male hero, 008-015 = Female Hero.
For each set of files, the second file, 001 - Male Hero, 009 - Female Hero is the RGCN File.
Decompress RGCN files with Codec LZSS DS.exe type 0x11 decompression, do not forget to compress them after editing.
For each set of files, the eighth file, 007 - Male Hero, 015 - Female Hero is the RLCN File. These do not need to be decompressed.

narc = a/0/7/2

Thank you VERY much for this! (:
I wanted to heavily edit the main characters, as annoying as it is I realized my progress would pretty much be ruined if I couldn't edit the other sprites like back ones and stuff so this is perfect. (Oh and sorry if this is offtopic o;)
