Appears to kill cIOS (all versions), bootmii, and packs IOS56/57 in the update along with a new system menu. Most other IOSes appear to get updates as well.

The Wiibrew 4.2 page says : "Deletes most homebrew." so I'm assuming it means loaders and cIOS.
