Thanx for your info. It gave me courage to try it and now I have 6.1.0 on my 25GB emunand while still being on a 5.1.0 sysnand :D
I re-initialized my 5.1.0 nand, erased all traces of prior use, and even formatted my 256GB EVO. I then backed up my 5.1.0 nand (very important) using SXOS...

The same way you would do it if it was a game you purchased (google it or visit N site, I had the same question myself)
You go to settings and look for manage / delete (don't have the Switch near me, so best I can explain it)

I tried GodMode9-xfirm.f72ba34 (v1.2.7) and the more recent GodMode9-20170729-114727.e2b91ba (v1.2.8) (official) and both work.
My system is a N3DS XL using B9S 1.2 and Luma3DS_v8.1.31e2243 (official)

Hello, I'm getting crash dumps on your nightlies (tried 8e8df94 then e4a0d62). No compilation errors.
Your official GodMode9-20170711-185700.c60237a (v1.2.7) release works though.
Any ideas?

Trying to compile latest Luma3DS, but getting this error:
make: firmtool: Command not found
I suspect I need the latest makerom.exe 64-bit.
Anybody have it compiled?

Using FBI_v2.4.5.340278e with QR Code Install, I was able to install Resident Evil Revelations
a 3222MB cia in 41 min => 1.31 MB/s average
That's amazing and faster than SocketPunch-v1.2.5.c3d79fb + FBI-chen-fix4 in Legacy Mode!
and without ever crashing :P
