Homebrew Which 3DS should I buy for homebrew in September 2017?
I am looking to buy a 3DS for homebrew but I'm confused on which one to buy. I want firmware 11.3 or lower, out of the box. I want to get a new 3ds xl but I don't know what firmware it comes with in September. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!- harsh477
