    Hell yeah, I remember playing Mario Kart DS and Wii online with my friends and with other people globally, the DS and Wii are my favourite gaming devices, mainly due to them being my first consoles and their great array of games and functionality at the time.

    If possible, type your router's IP into your address bar, go to the WiFi settings and edit the 'Guest' network, change the WiFi security to WEP and if you want more security measures, type in the DS's MAC Address displayed in the DS's WiFi settings (on the game cartridge that is). I don't know...

    They shut down yes, but there are custom servers that are easy to connect to, such as Wiimmfi.

    They could easily make an online community and voice chat and make it that if the parents are actually concerned about what their children see anymore, make the Parental Controls app and features on the Switch be able to lock out communities and voice chat.
