    Hacking How to update to latest Luma and B9S

    Hey! I hacked my 3DS when Boot9Strap first came out. I havent touched it in a while. I was wondering whats the best way to update everything as I know newer versions of B9S and Luma have came out. What about FastBoot3DS? Is that worth installing? I have a N3DS on 1.17 with Luma 8.1.1

    Hardware PassMe with R4?

    Found an old SuperCard, and I wanted to try out the DS functionality. I don't currently own a PassMe or similar device, but is there an .nds file I could run on an R4? Also please move this thread if its in the wrong spot.

    Hello, I am trying to run a PSX emu on my New 3DS. When ever I run a game, Luma crashes! What do I do? My games are in .bin and .cue format BTW. Both crash.

    Hacking GBA VC Save Impoting

    How do I import GBA saves for GBA VC??? I tried the instructions on the guide, but no luck. I am using a save from an emulator BTW.

    Hardware New 3DS XL Battery Life

    I feel like the batter life has gone down on my new 3ds xl. Im only getting 6-7 hours on lowest brightness, powersaving on, and wifi off. Is this normal or a battery problem?

    One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.

    I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs

    I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

    It's old but it's the best firmware out for DS stuff

    Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
