Just wanted to hop on, still reading through the thread (page 36 out of 87!) and I haven't checked my 3DS to see if it's banned, nor am I planning to until we find the cause of some sort. (Not that I should either, it's finals week.) I'm assuming that the error code is the same for all regions...- Lithium_
