    Can't do it for free but you can hardmod or do a dsiware transfer exploit. You can use your old 3ds with cfw to get cfw on your stock 3ds but you have to purchase a dsiware game for approximately 2 dollars. Highly recommend doing dsiwarehax or just wait for a new exploit/ntrboothax. I screwed up...

    Yes. A9lh is now considered outdated and Luma will only support .firm (sighax/b9s) from now on. It's also very simple and there's almost no reason to not upgrade Sent from my SM-G928V using Tapatalk
