    For that you will need: HomebrewLauncher Soundhax Download that FBI version:http://www.mediafire.com/file/zoyc5bi5gb8bqax/fbi10.3.rar When you download it: unrar everything in your 3ds folder in your SD card Launch the HBL and open FBI. Then choose your .cia file and install it :D
