There is a max volume size for FAT32 of about 2 terabytes because of the 32-bit sector count. I may be interpreting this Wikipedia page incorrectly (because of what it mentions next). I think that means you can have ~17TB of total...
Does this mod have any noticeable performance hit? I was thinking maybe they used interlacing to save resources (by only having to render half of a frame)
I found the original text on a pastebin a while ago, and I'm not sure what the original link is. Also, the file endings can be ignored. Here's the txt file
what file do you want the list for? I have a list of most of the "important" overworld characters in the game (a/0/2/1), and a partially completed list of the battle models/textures (a/0/0/8) that goes up to part of gen 5
I'm getting this error but only when I have the sdcard in FAT32. When It's in exFat, it works fine. I have a 64gb sd card formatted to Fat32 with AOMEI partition assistant. Could it still be the switch's sd card or is it the formatting software?
Update: I formatted the sd card using guiformat...
when you use the reimport.bat, select the file you extracted and then the folder that you extracted it to. It does the exact same thing except in reverse
I was able to get most of the stuff working, and have the replaced bnt files. whenever I try to use reimport.bat, it wants a specific file instead of the whole folder that is generated when you extract the gfpak file
Edit: Nevermind, I was just being stupid and using the program wrong. Here's a...
How do you open the .bnt files that get extracted though? Everything I look up seems to point to using BNTX injector but that won't open anything for me and other things that it does open (like clothing textures) shows up blank
Edit: Sorry I'm being annoying, this should mostly be directed at...
Is there any way to replace the models of LGPE or edit their textures? Or at least is there any tools that can be used to open the model/texture files?
Edit: If it helps, the I found the battle models @ romfs/bin/archive/pokemon. Even simple swaps don't seem to work. Maybe some animations need...
The first file (which you found) of a pokemon is the model file. The 2nd and 3rd files are the regular and shiny textures respectively and can be opened and exported using Ohana3ds. the 5th-8th files are all animations, and can be individually accessed by unpacking the 5th/6th/7th/8th file with...
You're supposed to extract the .3ds file with a tool such as HackingToolKit3ds. That let's you access the individual game files that you can use in pk3ds
Edit: I would also recommend looking at some guides for rom hacking before looking at this (i.e. how to randomize or something similar)...
the only difference is that the 9th file in SM/USUM is the OW walking/running animation. I believe they're stored differently though so you can't directly swap files.
@Xdqwerty, to answer your question, they're a fusion Brit-pop/J-pop/electronic band with a woman vocalist. Flamingo is hands down their best known song but they've got a ton of other really good songs
