    I think you will still need to downgrade, and follow the guide on 3ds.guide again to obtain a back-up of your otp.bin, as it is unique to each and every 3DS.

    A little bit of Google-fu, tells me that NDS4iOS is no longer being actively worked on. Try using iNDS, which can be found here: http://iemulators.com/inds, and just dump or download a clean copy of Black or White.
