The folders in Quick Access. Moving these to your home directory will allow you to access them directly from Computer.- xy2_

Why pin folders to favorites? Simply move the desired folders to your USER directory (Users\[user]) then you can access them directly. I do it via the toolbar at the top left; it's simply a directory listing of my user directory, although I'm not sure if you can create toolbars under Win10.- xy2_

Looking for a cloud storage
+1 for @Joom's suggestions. For cheap VPSes I would also add time4vps. This may be a little costlier and 'harder' to set up at first than a traditional cloud service, but it is well worth it and will save you money and trouble in the long run.- xy2_

Do you still have your HDD? In that case, you didn't properly format it would be the most likely issue. Pop a Linux Mint (https://www.linuxmint.com/) livecd (or whatever your distro of choice is), insert back your HDD. Run the live cd, then open a terminal and type "fdisk -l" to see the name of...- xy2_
