    I'm pretty sure this will work with 11.2 as well. He has pulled up something relating to DSiWare before 11.2 (2 days before to be exact). We'll have to wait and see what Yellows8 reveals. Plus, waiting for an update (like 11.2) for exploiting something is also a possibility.

    11.2 is safe to downgrade from DSiWare.

    @OP Downgrading will be possible, there just need to be exploits found and exploited. Whether or not to release them is up to the devs themselves. Patience is virtue.

    Will have to wait and see. However, I don't see why you'd want to use this as code.bin modifying doesn't require BootNTR. Especially with Decrypt9 supporting SD to CIA, you'd be insane to not use the code.bin modification. But still, will have to wait and see.
