    Besides using the home menu, of course... For example, on the 3DS, I can do this by using FBI and looking through the Titles menu.     What's the best (and newest) method of using a Gamecube controller on a 3DS? The only working methods I've found don't support the C stick, nor Luma's integrated InputRedirection feature. The newer tutorials I've found seem to only work for PS4 and Xbox One controllers, but not Gamecube.
