the link given above allows to unpack a rom, it mentions a program narctool-0.1-p that i don't know what to do with it along with the unpack files... can someone help me locate these normal pokemon editing tools/techniques? link?- xeno814

What i want is to edit pokemon type like making Charizard a Dragon/Fire or Gyarados a Dragon/Water, and changing base stats and somehow merge it to an already complete hack, like Pokemon Volt White/Blaze Black 2- xeno814

Just wondering If there's a way to edit already made pokemon hacks (ex. changing type, nature , stats, IVs etc.) I've browse some guides here but the information bombards me, what i hope is to edit simple stuff, not to make a whole hack since it takes much time and imagination. and i want to try...- xeno814
