It's because those all have the same title ID (SMNE.) You can change it on the 'Gamepad/Meta Options' tab, but don't change the first 8 digits (00050002)
If you're using a memory card, use GCMM to copy the gci to it.
If you're using memcard emulation, you can use Dolphin's memcard manager to import it.
And that's the save for warioware smooth moves. You don't need it.
I don't know, but when I compile it, windows doesn't complain. This problem arose before with 0.5.5 and you solved it by compiling it with visual studio instead of the command line compiler (although isn't that what visual studio does anyway?)

Here's a quick-and-dirty script to automate the text effects in @CheatFreak47's template. extract it to your gimp plugins folder, and you'll find filters for the title and details layers under Filters > WiiVC.
Fill in your text, and run the appropriate filter.
You can also use Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, Agent Under Fire, Splinter Cell, or Pokemon Colosseum / Pokemon XD.
Or an Action Replay and an SD Gecko.
