    Try on the other side. By looking at your picture, only test pads are connected to the earphone socket.

    This thread should not exist in the first place if my earphones (or even my eardrums) were blown by this mod. I already have this mod for over a year and nothing bad happened. The output remains good after performing the mod.

    You will not touch the transistors here because they're not part of the output. Just the resistors. Any of these methods will do.

    It's possible to switch the outputs but the problem is the switching between loudspeaker and earphone mode. The loudspeakers doesn't have a common ground but their own negative lines. I don't know if shorting these two lines will introduce problems like reduced seperation between L and R channels.
