    Thanks for the suggestions. I used photo rec to recover most of the data. I repaired the MBR earlier. I think it is a file system corruption. I downloaded a Dell OEM win xp home edition iso and it is just finished now I will try to repair the installation with it. Wish me luck :P

    Ok I am stumped. I had linux mint 15 installed in a dual boot with win xp on the family computer. I removed linux mint and then tried to resize the windows partition to the full size of the hdd off a live usb. gParted froze and my father plugged out the computer. It now says windows cant...

    Hello my Aunt got married recently and got a wedding DVD (it is very well made). Anyway I got the job of coping it. I have Linux Mint 14 on my HP Compaq 6715b. I don't care about any security bypass features in the software I just need a 1:1 copy. Any help is appreciated

    I like the system just cut the crap like CSPE (Civil Social and Political Education) and increase the amount of time with computers and we are better off

    My school day is from 9:00 to 3:45. We have 9 forty minute classes a 15 minute break after the first three then we have threemore then half an hour of lunch. On Friday we have six classes abd we go home at 1:15

    Turion 64 X2 TL-60 2GHz could this processor run a psx emulator and (not likely) run a ps2 emulator at a playable speed
