    Downgrading to 2.1 hasn't been a thing for 11 months. What year is this? That's probably the only good option here. You need a DS flashcart compatible with ntrboot, and if you don't have another DS/3DS to flash it with, you'll need one that comes pre-flashed such as the R4i Gold Plus.
