    You shouldn't have to reinstall anything. Shouldn't be harder than use menuhax to install menuhax. Then have it launch Reinand, Then update emunand.

    You can delete almost everything, all those are safe. Only things you actually need is your CFW folder (RX or Rei(+rei.bin)), and the CTR 3dsx and boot.cfg, and the menuhax payload. Everything else, including HBL and the entire 3ds folder isn't strictly needed. Personally, Having Decrypt9...

    Its a voodoo magic step. Its a FTP server for the 3DS, some closed beta testers reported higher success rates of executing sysupdater on arm11 when doing that step. So its now law. Doesn't hurt anything though.

    Can't wait, 10.3 on o3ds is so simple. N3ds requires so many hacks, and the info for them is all over the place. The 20th anniversary pokemon edition N3DS also has piqued my interest (non XL!) Hopefully they aren't too difficult to source when they make it to shelves.

    It just crashes more since it's less powerful. If you are persistant though it will eventually work.

    2.7 is the latest version of Python 2, I would assume python 3 wouldn't work, but feel free to try. Or just source the files from ISO site.

    Crashes often, Like 4/5 at least, but if you could get it to run, it might work. but needs to be HBL, CTR would just introduce more and more crashes.

    It would work with one small modification to RXtools, instead of looking for the firmware.bin to be renamed. Instead you need to run cdn_firm.py (Needs pythond 2.7 installed on comp) from the Tools folder. You will on average have more crashes though, There are methods that are O3DS only that...

    My guess is that that method ONLY work when nands are still linked. Would be interesting if that weren't the case.
