Hacking WiinUPro - Pro Controller to PC Gamepad

Having the exact same issue as Deputy_McNuggets and sendblink23. Was able to connect the controller through the Toshiba Bluetooth stack and had it detected by WiinUSoft as well. I was trying out the turbo functions through WiinUPro and when they weren't working in the game I tested (I hadn't...

    Hacking PS3 SNES Emu Help!

In case others have this problem and snespurify doesn't work for some reason, you can also try pressing in the R3 button and selecting "Reset and switch from PAL to NTSC", that was the only thing that worked for me

    Tutorial MultiMAN beginner's guide

re: copy/move in file manager, when you're in the updated version of multiman's file manager when you choose a folder or file with your cursor, pressing circle (O) should bring up a menu with those options, similar to a context menu you see when you right-click with your mouse on a Windows PC.

Hacking Are all game updates safe? Also breaking PSN-like icons

Oh thank you. So the column for updates is specifying whether or not it's okay to update on 3.55 CFW? It was confusing because the key at the bottom just says "do online updates work yes/no" Also, does the update notify you if it needs a higher FW version or just installs it?

Hacking Are all game updates safe? Also breaking PSN-like icons

For the first part of the question, I've read elsewhere that certain patches/updates to games are based on different CFW that could affect the currently installed CFW. Is this true? Is it safe to install all game updates or do I need to find out what OFW they're based on before adding any...

Tutorial Guide to install game as PSN-like Icon on XMB

Thanks for this great guide in addition to yours others, Cyan. I jumped from your multiman guide to this one because I had questions about the R3 shadow copy procedure. I've gotten through all the processes with ebootfix and installing the appropriate pkg file, but when I'm in file manager, R3...

    Tutorial PS3 Hacking 101

Thanks so much for this! So much is provided here that the only thing left to even worry about is trying to decide betwen kmeaw and wanin v2 lol. Genuinely scoured the internet looking for something this comprehensive; between your guide here and Cyan's multimanager guide, I feel completely...

Hacking What's the most ideal IOS configuration?

Hey all, wanted to firstly apologize if this is a constantly reoccurring topic since it seems like it would be, but I searched with what I could think of ('ios configuration', could be worded a handful of other ways), checked the last five pages and multiple Black Ops topics in regards to new...

    Hacking Tutortials and Priiloader / HBC w/IOS58 / DOP-Mii

Thanks for the instructions, I appreciate it. As the above poster noted, IOS236 seems the preferred method and it appears valid considering the neoGAF tutorial relies on it solely instead of using DOP-mii. Safety's my main concern so that's probably the route I'll take tomorrow when doing all of...

Hey all, I have a few questions that I haven't been able to find the answers to after recent attempts to softmod my wii and was hoping to find some answers as I've been looking at 2 different guides so far to compare. Here is what I've done so far on my 4.2U wii:Installed Bootmii as an IOS via...
