I don't have a file based emummc but I assume it is possible to mount/open it with MXNandManager. If so you should be able to achieve your goal by following this guide:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/recovering-games-saves-from-nand-using-nxnandmanager-and-jksv.620758/
The games are located in the Nintendo folder on the sd card. The emummc is what would normally be on the mmc chip (in sysmmc) but in emummc it is either on a separate partition on your SD card (partition based) or files on the sd card outside the Nintendo folder (file based). Hekate only backup...
If you disable wifi on your router how should you be able to connect?
I assume it works like this:
When you connect to a wifi the Switch validates the connection by connecting to something, probably a Nintendo site. When you block that with DNSmitm the check fails. What the patch does is to...
The saves are in the emummc itself not in the Nintendo folder. It seems like you had a partition based emummc. If that is the case you need a backup of the emummc partition. If you only made a backup of the fat32 partition and wiped the sd card completely you don't have the saves anymore. If...
Exfat is not recommended on the Switch because it will easily get corrupted. It might be that your SD card is corrupt or that you don't have exfat drivers in HOS. If you still have the backup on your computer then format the sd card as fat32 and copy the files back. If you don't have the backup...
Why don't you ask in that thread instead of creating a new one that refers to the other thread? I think you have better chances getting an answer there
With autorcm you only need to use your payload injector (computer, phone, dongle). You don't need the jig.
If you want to boot directly without needing the jig and the payload injector you have to install a mod chip.
Sysmmc and emummc are completely separate. When you create emummc you do it by copying sysmmc so at that time they have the same content. But from there on they are completely separate.
You can copy the save from sysmmc to emummc without having to boot sysmmc with cfw by following this guide...
Depends on how you boot your Switch.
If you use fusee.bin as payload (either directly or through Hekate) you need sys-patch because fusee no longer support kip patches.
If you use fss0 in hekate then you don't need sys-patch but it still wouldn't hurt to have both just to be sure
Did YOU bother to read the whole thread? If you did you would see that I have replied several times so yeah I have read it all.
The last thing OP asked was whether he had to backup his saves and I explained where the saves are located and why it is not necessary. I really can't see why that is...
Provided you use emummc the saves are on the sd card so they are part of what you copy to the new card. If you use sysmmc the saves are in the Switch and then you don't have to do anything about it
No it doesn't. I don't know why you have a 32MB partition but if you had a partition based emummc you would have had a 29GB partition. That means you can just copy everything to the new SD card. I can see your card is formatted as exfat. I highly recommend that you format your new card as fat32...
Once you figure out whether you have a file based or partition based emummc you can follow this guide to move emummc to the new card

Try booting the Switch without access to wifi and see what happens. The could maybe indicate whether the wifi region change is the issue. If that helps then try to implement DNSmitm
