Best flashcart(s) as of 2010?
I voted for AK2i. It's what I have, it works almost completely fine (some issues here and there with homebrew stuff, I really should switch to AKAIO >.>), but other than that worth the money... ~50 euro for AK2i + 16GB microSD :_)- Knoeki

Homebrew Ideal Music Player on Acekard OR Moonshell
it'd be great if the acekard2 music player was a bit more... elaborate... would be nice if it actually worked like an ipod, as in, being able to browse by album/artist/whatnot... and actually have it store metadata after generating it... but as far as I'm aware, that project seems a bit dead...- Knoeki

So yeah, always hard to think of something to write, but oh well... I'm knoeki, as you could have guessed ;_) as a little trivia, it's pronounced like "knoo-key" (and neither of the "K"'s are silent), and not no-key or something like that ;_) I decided I'd sign up here seeing as I'm planning...- Knoeki

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
