Just doubled checked and I definitely downloaded the v2.0.3 version so that's not the issue. The first time I booted up I got a glitched screen, pressed select and rebooted like the guide said, but I wasn't able to get into the Luma3DS menu so I figured it didn't install correctly. If it did...
I'm currently trying to install arm9loaderhax using Plailect's guide. I was able to downgrade to 2.1.0-4u just fine, but when I transferred all the files from the guide to my sd card and booted into the installer I get "Error: firm1.bin is invalid or corrupted." I have tried multiple sd cards...
What's your price range?
I'm a nvidia guy so I can recommend:
GTX 650 ti boost ~$150
GTX 660 ~$200
GTX 760 ~$260
For GTA 4 you could easily get away with the 650 so long as your psu can handle it. You may have to get a new power supply depending on what you have now.
EDIT:
Just noticed...
I too skipped Black/White... but I picked up pokemon Y and I'm really enjoying it. I have about 20 hours in and I'm not bored of it yet. If you have a 3DS, $40 is definitely worth the amount of play time you'll get out of it.
It's been a good year for music... I mostly listen to rock and the like.
Alkaline Trio - My Shame is True
Avenged Sevenfold - Hail to the King
Alter Bridge - Fortress
Pop Evil - Onyx
There a couple more EPs, but these are the main ones I've been listening to. If you like hard rock check out...
When I tried to play that via USB I also had problems, I ended up burning it to a disk to get it to work. I'm not sure if there has been a fix since then (a few years ago).
Before you try and fix it yourself and void the warranty, see if you can get it replaced. I recently had a headset go on me and I got it replaced. Just go to the people who make the headset and see if you can get something worked out.
At the moment it's unknown, we really don't have a lot of information on this stuff yet, as it's probably not going to be available at launch. It'll probably require a pretty good internet connection.
Not going to happen, like I said the PS4 has a different architecture (x86) and it won't be able to play the previous games since they were written for the cell architecture of the PS3. The games may be playable through a streaming service like Gaikai, though chances are you'll be buying the...
Well chances are most people are going to be keeping their PS3, since no BC. So you can sign into both systems with the same name and your trophies will probably carry over. Your friends list will also carry over.
