Hacking R4 YSMenu cheats problem.
I will probably want to use cheats on other games too. I always wanted to use cheats on a lot of my games but couldn't. I'm not trying to make games easier, I just want cheats that let me change things to enhance the experience.- xion12

Hacking R4 YSMenu cheats problem.
If 400MBs out of 1 gig is full then yes it is. I tried rebuilding the firmware and the USRCHEAT.DAT but that doesn't seem to help. Using R4cce doesn't work either.- xion12

Hacking R4 YSMenu cheats problem.
I can't use cheats with YSmenu for some reason. Every time I try to check the box that says cheats I can't. I also get a message saying "Save Failed" when I try to select and save my cheats. If it helps, I use the Moonshell2 and YSmenu combo.- xion12

Homebrew Best SNES and NES Emulators for DSi
Someone should make another snes emulator for the ds. Snes9x is very simple and and seems to take less than two megabytes. I think the way to to make it work on DS is to tone it down a bit and remove unneeded features. Translate the code to a readable version and that's sbout it. If anyone wants...- xion12

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
