So, to tell the truth, I've been trying to figure out how to download backups for the past couple of days, but I think I'm probably gonna need some help understanding all of this. I'm sorry for the noobish question, but I really need some help with all of this.

Alright then. As if it wasn't obvious enough, I'm one of the 5.5.x users that got lucky with the "exploit leak" bomb explosion. As of now, I have been able to self-host the exploit and run it on the console, as well as launch Loadiine just to check it out. I think I understand how the file structure should be, but what I'm lost in is how to obtain the files for use in Loadiine. I was hoping to do this without asking one of the "all famous" noob questions, but I keep hitting a dead end.

Would anybody tell how to obtain the .wud file (decrypted or not)? I tried, but I just keeping hit the wall with this.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
Just search "game name loadiine" and you'll find most games in a format that's ready for Loadiine use. Then you place the code, content and meta folders in SD:\wiiu\games\game name [game id]\
The game ID you can find on http://gametdb.com
If you don't have the game ID and can't find it, you can use any 6 characters, but covers will not show up. If you don't use cover view mode it doesn't matter.

Some games will be missing the meta folder, which means that the icon won't display in Loadiine. You can either get this folder from an update if there is one (read further below for details on that) or get it from the WUD (read below)
You can also supposedly download the meta folder from NUS even if there's no update, by downloading part...

Actually Loadiine does not support .wud files, on the contrary of CEMU which is an emulator.
Your folder structure for each game you put on your SD card has to be like this :

SD:/wiiu/games/MY GAME [ABCD01]/code/
SD:/wiiu/games/MY GAME [ABCD01]/content/
SD:/wiiu/games/MY GAME [ABCD01]/meta/

For the question : When to find these games? I'd say most torrent websites has them as well as Mega links for easier access. Of course I can't give you clear links for them but with a bit of Google searching you should be able to firgure out some nice databases of games to download.

Yeah, saying the sites are against the rules, but it's a good thing I stumbled upon a couple while doing my research.
The thing is that I'm not sure about downloading from Mega links or torrents is the best idea. Mega links give me a 6-hour delay when I download a certain amount of data, so most of the files will likely take forever to download. Torrents download at a certain low speed. It's probably faster without the delays with Mega; but it'll still take a while (I was trying to download Kirby and the Rainbow Curse through a torrent, and it says it'll complete in around 18 hours, so I was skeptical about this).
Is it normal to be waiting that long for the files to download, or am I just doing something wrong here?

Just search "game name loadiine" and you'll find most games in a format that's ready for Loadiine use. Then you place the code, content and meta folders in SD:\wiiu\games\game name [game id]\
The game ID you can find on http://gametdb.com
If you don't have the game ID and can't find it, you can use any 6 characters, but covers will not show up. If you don't use cover view mode it doesn't matter.

Some games will be missing the meta folder, which means that the icon won't display in Loadiine. You can either get this folder from an update if there is one (read further below for details on that) or get it from the WUD (read below)
You can also supposedly download the meta folder from NUS even if there's no update, by downloading part of the full game, this requires the title ID and title key, which should both be available online. I haven't looked too much into it but I believe it can be done with JNUSTool.

WUD files:
If the game you want is not available in loadiine format, you can extract the WUD yourself.
For that you will need Uwizard: https://gbatemp.net/threads/uwizard-all-in-one-wii-u-pc-program.386508/

For Uwizard to work, you will need the Wii U common key, Wii U Espresso Ancast Key and Wii U Starbuck Ancast Key. These are copyrighted so I can't provide them but they should be easy to find on Google. Then you just paste them into the settings tab in Uwizard and they'll be saved for future use.

You'll also need the game's own title key, this is usually included in the .nfo file in the download but is sometimes found on the page you downloaded the game from. If it's not in either of those places then a Google search should help.

Once you have all that you simply open the WUD image in Uwizard, paste the title key in the box, and click Extract Game Files. It will create code, content and meta folders that are ready for Loadiine use, just place them in a correctly named folder on the SD. If you don't see the code, content and meta folders look inside the data folder.

Game updates:
Some games have updates for them, and Loadiine is not able to load updates installed on the Wii U yet. So for updates, I use NEW NUSGrabber GUI: https://gbatemp.net/threads/download-the-new-nusgrabbergui.411228/
You can also use JNUSTool, but I'm not very familiar with that tool.
Simply go to the settings, set the correct region and enable "Automatically decrypt downloads". Close the settings and hit "Update VersionList". It will take a while but once it's done it should list every game of your chosen region along with all their updates. Just click Download and the update will be downloaded and decrypted automatically into a subfolder in the same folder as the program.

The first time you download something with NEW NUSGrabber GUI you will have to point it to the ckey.bin file, this is the same Wii U common key mentioned previously, but you will have to use a hex editor to paste in the common key as hex and then save it as ckey.bin. The resulting file should be 16 bytes.

To use the update in Loadiine, create a folder inside SD:\wiiu\games\game name [gameID] named updates. Inside that folder create a folder named vXX (replace XX with the update version you downloaded) and paste the code, content and meta folders from the update inside that folder so you end up with SD:\wiiu\games\game name [gameID]\updates\vXX\ containing code, content, meta
Then make sure that you select the correct update folder when launching the game from Loadiine.

There you have it, a mostly complete guide on how to set up games for Loadiine :)

Ooo, a large, elaborate guide! Awesome! :D
Thanks for all the info, it's good to know that I somewhat had a general idea of how it works, and it's good to confirm. I just have one last question. I've actually been trying to use the NEW NUSGrabber GUI before (because I initially thought I could download full titles from there :P), but it keeps stopping me with errors like "Could not copy saved common key.", and I have no clue why that's happening.
Another tool, like the JNUSTool, should be able to do the job, right?

JNUSTool should work too, I'm not familiar with that tool though.
As for the error you're getting, try placing ckey.bin in the same folder as NEW NUSGrabber GUI. That's the way I had it set up when I first launched it but it still prompted me for the ckey.bin so I'm not sure if it matters.
