Mine works fine, but I run the nightly builds. Tested succesfully with the latest Luma nightly and Poochy & Yoshi's Wooly World.

if you are not makign some kind of user error, most likely your nfc reader is broken...
i didn't see any reports of a cfw broking NFC

CFW hasn't been known to mess up the NFC. So it might be an error on your end.

looks like i broke the nfc connector, anyone know wher i can get a replacement connector?
its labelled 52PB but searching that gives no results
