Hi all, I'm super new to Sky3DS+ (haven't gotten mine yet, expecting it in a few days). After buying FE: Fates Special Edition I really didn't want to open it (I'm a collector), so I decided to get a Sky3DS+ and play a ROM. Can you buy and play DLC from the ROM and Sky3DS+ normally?

if i understand correctly, installing a .cia is the equivalent of purchasing and downloading from the estore (i've actually repaired a game through the estore to make it workable).. though i haven't purchased anything myself for a definitive answer, i would assume so..
