I was banned once in the early days of PSP m33 cfw. Is there still a chance nowadays with PSP 6.61 infinity like if I was to sync it up with my PS3 account and download all my games? If there was a ban would it be a console ban or just an account ban? I just don't want to lose all my games but still be able to play the ones I actually have purchased.

Haven't heard of any PSP user getting banned for any reason in years, but if you really want to avoid the issue, you could either:

Remove CFW, download, reinstall CFW

or download everything as .pkg on your computer with NPS Browser or the like, then extract it directly to the memory stick (no fancy manual .rap activation or package installation needed, on PSP)

Okay, but what about my PS3? If I use the same account on PS3 and PSP and connect to transfer games and use remote play and stuff will my PS3 get banned and not be able to download my games again? I remember back in M33 days when you had to flash psp files prx rco files individuily I forgot to replace a file and got banned. I was wondering if it can detect psp cfw and ban my ps3 and my account. I don't have many games but I don't want to lose them. Also what would happen in case of a ban would it be my account or would I have to buy a whole new ps3 and psp?
