    Ecstatic I finally have my own shiny starter. I don't think I was like the person in the video :P I took photos of it :D My journey awaits. I'm still jelly with people who get shinies under 100 resets

    From what I heard the speakers still suck, but I'm not aware of a screen mark issue.

    I liked your success because I understand the joy that comes with finally beating that damned race. I almost didn't like it because even I haven't bothered with the lightning dodges.

    Thanks. You were right. Stupid random placement. I started to focus on dodging birds more than collecting the balloons. I didn't know I collected that much! I have such slow reflexes.

    Yunalesca was the first time I really learned what the zombie status was... Imagine my rage when I used the potion that affects the entire party (killing them all) and had to rewatch the cutscene before that again. >.>

    Needs skippable cutscenes.

    The secret is to get really lucky with the balloon placement and to master the art of last second weaving and dodging. Half the race is dependent on what you can get at the beginning, and then the other half on you getting about 8 more throughout the rest of the course.
