    New thermal paste always helps a lot. Guys just get Ceramique 2 paste. Its really cheap and you get a lot for the price.

    ? I've never had issues with using DVD+RWs for the Wii. You do have to trick your driver into burning them as -R, but otherwise it works fine. Are you sure you don't just have shitty ones?
