Is the dark mode TempStyle 2 is exclusive for patron users only?

I remember reading about it will be release for the whole community in the future when patron programme was first announced. Thats been a while now though.

I'm just adding final polish to it now. It will be released ahead of schedule possibly in the next day or so providing real life doesn't get in the way!
