I'll check this later. If you still can reproduce the problem, a screenshot would be really helpful, and the console log from "developer tool" too (you can find this feature in menubar).

I have having the same exact problem with v0.1.3. Would not download and everything on the download Overview screen is blank. I checked my setup and the base path and encTitleKey.bin are both set.
I've just tested the win32-x64 version and everything was fine. The full name must be "villain3ds-v0.1.3-1-win32-x64.7z", are you sure? Did the screenshot and console log look like #325?
Must be something wrong with my previous version. I deleted the whole folder and extracted the new v0/1/3-1 and now it's working again. Thanks.
Sorry for my late reply. If your installed cias failed to boot (arm9 exception), read the faq at post #1 for how to fix it. If cias failed to install (fbi says something like hash check or cetk verification failed), then those cias file are corrupted.
Just install the update directly with eShop, because it's more convenient & doesn't pollute your ticket.db. Unless you want to update out-region titles.
Villain3ds is built on different platform (Villain3ds is built on JS/HTML/CSS, while WiiU USB Helper is built on C#), more focus on 3DS users, and maybe it has a nicer/more simple GUI and faster. than WiiU USB Helper. Give it a try and see if you like it.
