How to use
First, you need luma which means you should take a look on that => https://3ds.guide/
Second, you need to use the ingame patcher of luma =>https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/wiki/Options-and-usage
If you managed to download the file, you need to extract it under the luma titles directory on your sd card.
It looks like this "SD CARD ROOT"/luma/titles/
The downloaded file contains a folder with the titleid as its name. You need to put that folder under the mentioned path.
It should look like this now .../luma/titles/00040000001B4300/...
I've only do that and that works
follow the steps and let me know
(I don't have a cia patched sorry)

you have to create a folder and gives name "luma" and inside this folder, you put the folder you've downloaded
Did you enable the game patching engine of luma? The titleid folder of the archive has to been placed as it is written in the corresponding folder structure.did you do that as written?

hello guys I finished translating the accesories in my own time, if you want to use it just replace the one in the patch
Fighting initiative= the number that determines if you go first
Energy(STA)= the energy you use to get Hero Energies and for the fighting initiative
Hero Energies = the balls that let you use the deathblows
Deathblows= super powered technique
Charge impact= the bar that you time to get to do heavy damage or receive less damage

This is version one with some clippings but there are lots of accesories so I am tweaking it at some time or the group can do it, but enjoy the accesories, I did it for my own playthrough of the story.

Mmm strange, I tested with injecting in the update, it's probably an encoding issue , I will look into it when I get home
checking the patch is not getting even the previous one that should be replaced, its strange I think its something that the patch is not doing, if you want I can provide an update with the accesories replaced because the patch is not doing it on my end either, not even the one that was incomplete, everything else works except the accesories, PM me if you want the update with the patch and the updated accesories

I've been wanting to play this game but I have a question is it safe to download this with certian 3ds homebrew apps ?

It's perfectly safe, worst thing that can is the game crashes.
Sweet time to use freeshop oh yeah but my 3ds is a US region do I need a emunand with JP region ? ^^

no, you dont, if you are using Luma you shouldnt have any problems working with it
That's actually a great thing. I wish we could use it though, since apparently it's not working for people atm (didnt test) ^^;
However... I am not sure if that's a hard thing or not. But could you translate Character names in Card search for us?
having tons of card and trying to search for a character without being able to read kanji is painful
