Hacking Getting Streetpasses without homepass?

Hi,
I couldn't find any information on this anywhere so I thought I'd come to GBATemp, so I'd like to get streetpasses without homepass (I have no compatible routers) is that possible?
Btw I have FBI and all that CFW junk

Well, you could go to a place populated with 3DS Consoles. The Mall? In the US, Gamestops are still Nintendo zones I think(at least in my area). My best suggestion for you is set up homepass. There is a WiFi enabled SD reader for about $12 USD. You flash it then whenever its online it is a homepass. Ill link the Tut and the WiFi SD Reader later as I am not home.

ZSUN WiFi microSD reader $15 on amazon. Much cheaper than Pi.

After you set up the zsun it will be a homepass and serve the WiiU exploit if you like....

Or just use any android phone with busybox. With little ifconfig spamming during hotstpot bootup youll get SP easily.
