There are multiple ways, and I don't really know how. Only thing is that I know that it is possible. Also if you have a wad of a NES game. install it to your vWii NAND and use TeconMoon's WiiVC Injector to create a launchable title from your Wii U menu.

Official VC/WiiWare don't need vWii convertion, only hombrew channels/forwarders.

So, without any problems or risks, I could install official nintendo gamewads on the vWii? (I know its's illegal if you haven't bought the game, but does it work)

Yes, just make sure you use a vWii specific wad manager like WiiMod lite
