eh whats the point of playing the game if your going to cheat the only purpose of this is to mess around with.
I know but whats the point of the plugin if all the pokemon you create with it are illegal
Every single option you chose still makes legal Pokes - Much like @IhToN said... Except for the options below. Within the plugin you are confronted with a warning that tells you that everything on the 2nd page "may create Pokemon that cannot be battled or traded". The cheats that can do this are: "Catch Trainer's Pokemon", "Pokemon can learn any TM", and "Learn all from Move Reminder"
Not only that - But as also stated... You can do YOUR own thing - And not use it. Nothing on this green Earth is forcing you here...

Version:2.5.Poni Wilds.I tried all these one at a time:All 3 exp multipliers,remove outlines and 100% shiny rate.

for those having issue make sure that u have ntr slector mode 3 updated and have upto date ntr.bin
my result is good

So, your plugin has to be like this:
root/plugin/00040000001B5100/UMCheatMenu.plg (the file)
If you press Select too quickly it may not open, make sure to hold it for 1 second or so

Well, it is supposed that you only have one exp multiplier at the same time, I don't know what can happen with more
