Don't have a 2DS XL. Just a regular 2DS, electric blue. Don't want to pay for a capture card, so I figure I'll sell it and use the money to help pay for this refurbished N3DS.
dang Texas that's a stretch CA here hm have you tried craigslist per chance? there may be a cfw installer or 2 on there in your area

Well, I found a refurb New 3DS (not XL) for like $110, so it's less expensive enough that I opted for that instead of a New 2DS XL.
What? That's not true at all. The setup is the same on all models. Also if he already has a 2DS how is it cheaper to by a N2DS.
OP, if you have the old 2DS and have not updated it you can probably use soundhax. So, what is your current firmware version?
2DS version is 11.6. Needs the cart, but doesn't have the hardware to support wireless streaming.
No, it's easier because you can easily remove the SD unlike the N3DS(XL).

What's the problem with buying a DS lite and action replay from GameStop? Then you don't need to worry about posting it or trying to find someone local.
I would like to help, but Austin is about a 2-3 hour drive from my home, otherwise I'd be able to do it without much cost.
