Just got my account banned, i had some games on there (including mario odyssey and fifa18) and would hate to buy them again.
i can still play them but im afraid if i go online my switch will get deactivated and i will lose access to all my games, i was wondering if i could use the games with another account and not going in to the eshop with my banned account or if there is a way to connect online for online play.

What did you do. Nintendo banning switch already? No one even have hax yet, and if they did, would certainly not be on eshop cause that would be on lower firmwares. What the heck happened!:ninja:

You can archive the game and won’t lose them. As long as you have the icon on your dashboard you’re good. You can also go online with a new profile.

My friend got banned for using a stolen credit.

Using stolen credit cards get you banned, good to know. If this is your situation, you essentially stole the games, so Nintendo isn't going to let you keep them. You never bought them in the first place :P

Nintendo does have the power to remove the games from your console. It's in the user-agreement. If ever they were to do it, this would be the situation they'd do it. Only way to avoid it would to just not connect to the internet I suppose. Don't think there's any way to keep the games but remove the account that bought them.
