Hacking Missing Puzzle Swap panels after installing CFW

I can only view the few (5 or 6) default ones that came with my 3ds when I bought it.

Also, I can't get a new panel. I can't get puzzle pieces by spotpass (you know, when nintendo occasionally makes a new panel and gives a piece) nor by streetpass, the cutscene in puzzle swap is never triggered.

BUT that other person I streetpassed can view my missing puzzle panels normally! So the data exist, but for some reason I can't view it.

All the other games and the miis in my plaza are not affected.

Any idea how to restore my missing panels?

I think that happened to me almost a year ago. To fix it, go to Settings, turn off SpotPass and re-enable it, you'll be able to get puzzle pieces back immediately via SpotPass.
