damn - is it just me who gets confused by @Cluster updating the same version with new version numbers without a new post?

@Cluster I know its a pain if you only do minor fixes but I personally would prefer a new entry on newer minor releases else it becomes difficult to track ...

Hi guys,
I have a question/doubt related to the SNES mini... when you install the "extra space" mod you can use 50 MB of unused NAND memory to store the savestates, but I didn't understand well if (after installed the module) it's also possible use the "standard" free NAND memory when the 50 MB are full... thanks in advance for the answers! :)

on reddit was a discussion because hsqs and there was the answer that with that the booting of the nes tooks around 15 second.
thats longer as the methode now.
and the methode what now is use make it easier to add games to the mini nes dual boot and no using a ftp
Yeah I tried the hsqs method and it does take a full 15 seconds and hakchi goes crazy if you if you try to power down a restart. Plus the save files do not work nor does the reset button mod. For me I am using the first method v.03 it switch just like going into a folder the save states work with the button mod so I prefer that as it has more features. I just want to remove the thumbnails on that side which I can't do was hoping someone here may have a idea

is there a page where mini snes module/core be in a list?
Not sure I follow...the hsqs method may would work a lot better if we had a dump of a nes classic with the custom kernel already flashed but as it stands you cant flash the custom kernel to that side when using the dual boot which really is a shame.

Don Pachi may better run with MAME 2010, or FBA 2012, than MAME 2003. And, command line, once game is added for MAME 2010, should be /bin/mame2010 For FBA 2012, /bin/fba

Good luck! Let me know if you still have issues. You may also have the incorrect rom set.[/QUOTE]

When using FBA2012 mod there are 3 options for command line such as fba, fba2012, fbanew...does it matter which command I use between those 3?

Hi, I have modded my snes classic and can install games to the root, but when I try installing games to a folder there is nothing there. I have moved the games in to the folder. when I open the folder in the snes it goes black and takes me back to main menu on the console I have flashed my stock firmware back and flashed custom firmware and still nothing.

I was I am still playing around with both ideas I was only thinking for the arverge user it may be easyer to mod the hsqs if it had a custom kernel. but as it stand your right the best all around is the orginal method that uses more space.

Apparently Super Street Fighter 2 has an issue (-click-) that can be fixed with Ctrl+Alt+E and filling zeroes in every field. However, nothing happens when I enter Ctrl+Alt+E while selecting SSF2. For some reason it works when other games are selected so what gives?

Fairly certain that hakchi patches that ROM automatically now and it works. Added it yesterday like you would normal working games and it worked fine.

Did you create folders in custom folders?

this is what it looks like, when i go it to that folder on my snes it goes black screen and goes back to where the original games are, but if i install the games where the originals are they show up and work
