Hello, after 5 years I've bought my lost AC Adapter for my GC and also a AV Cable I did lost.
So the AC Adapter is completely fine and 1st Party.
The AV Cable tho is a 5€ one No name.
The Picture is absolutely overbrightnend (idk if this word exists).
I've tested on 2 different TV's so it's probably the cable.
After some research I've found out that this could be related because the Cinch cable sucks, and people recommend to use the Scart version.
What are your experience on this?
Also I don't want to pay 60€ for an original Scart Cable.

60 euros? you are looking in the wrong places....
only the component cables that plug into the digital out port cost "high money"

http://www.ebay.com/itm/RGB-Scart-C...501419?hash=item1eccb60b6b:g:HEQAAOSwbmdZgtdT

2 euros but i am not sure if that works... and extremly likely it doesn't do "rgb" in the gamecube
here's some info:

Can You expain me sth?
Sometimes I see caples where it's written : NO RGB or RGB. What does it mean=

And with 60€ I meant Nintendos original Scart Cable

May not like this idea, but one option is to get a GC BC Wii and component cables.

Unless you want the Gameboy player, of course, but the Wii can be found dirt cheap second hand and can allow for GC games to be loaded via USB/SD.

That said, I have seen an adapter which someone made which is a custom HDMI adapter for the GC.

RGB usually means the video signal is split in 3 cables, red blue and green https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Component_video
while composite is the yellow plug, the video signal is all in 1 cable https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Composite_video

Nintendo did something unusual with the gamecube.. for rgb (separated color channels, give the best picture quality) it uses a special "digital out" port, they didn't include the hardware to translate digital into analog (tv's use analog) inside the gamecube so the real component cables got a PCB with hardware to do that.. the thing is, theese cables are not common and prices are usually around 200 bucks
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nintendo-Ga...993679?hash=item283f05254f:g:Ci8AAOSwvTBZsYZB

the scart plug, is a "all in one connector"
depending in the pins used it can accept composite, rgb, audio, it even outputs the image and audio off the TV
with the ps2 and wii, it includes a adapter to use the RCA plugs (the yellow plug+audio) in the scart tvs and you can see, just some of the pins are connected...
the 60 bucks cable, i am not sure exactly what you gonna get.. searching in ebay seems there were several "official" models...
with scart cables you can get a composite cable in a scart plug...
or a component one that should be connected to the DIGITAL port to make it real RGB..
later nintendo removed the Digital port in the gamecubes. i am not sure if they put the rgb in the standart video out connector...

only a component cable will allow you to use the 480p resolution

for 60 bucks i would suggest you to get a wii that plays gamecube games.. the only reason to get a gamecube is the game boy player.. otherwise the wii does everything and even beter (you can get a cheap wii rgb cable and use that for 480p)

Yeah ik, I even have my Disks backuped and have everything on my Wii U in "HD".

But playing on the actual Gamecube is another story for me xD, its just the memorys.
Well alright. tho I've gotta say that here in Germany Component or Composite is pretty much non existent, we only have the Yellow White Red Cinch Cables

Guess I have to ask myself if its worth it.

"yellow white red" is composite video https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Composite_video
the yellow is the video
the other ones are audio left and audio right...
most tv's (unless cheap older ones, or small ones) also do have a painel for component video (you can see the red blue green colored ports).. only the xbox got component supplied out of the box IIRC

anyway to solve your problem as easy and cheap as possible..
try one of theese: http://i.ebayimg.com/images/i/301479730248-0-1/s-l1000.jpg
(rca to scart)
you probably already got one from other console like the ps2 or wii...
or you can find it really cheap in an electronics shop, extremly like you find it in media markt as well, but they are expensive...

if that doesn't solve it, well, next step would be get a nintendo AV cable..
extremly like you can get the one from the WII U, or WII, it uses the same plug as well.

If you're in germany, so your GC may be a PAL model.
PAL model outputs RGB using the standard port.
A SNES cable will do the job. You may find one pretty cheap in thrift store.

PAL SNES RGB cable is different than PAL Gamecube RGB cable.
SNES cable has resistors and Gamecube cable has capacitors.
SNES cable gives darker picture with Gamecube than it should be.
