why?
You want to play a japanese MMORPG?
you know only ONE game requires this IOS?

it has its own Wii HDD format, and can't use FAT32 or NTFS to install the game data.
using 2 USB will be required (the ISO and the WiiFS), not sure it's easy to manage two USB type at the same time, for a single game that nobody will play because you need a subscription to play that game.

if you are willing to pay to play that game, why not just pay for the game too ?

Edit:
I vaguely remember someone testing that game with loaders and iso when it was released.
I know it's possible, I just don't think using cIOS is the way to do.

The game also completely installs onto the drive and is launched via a channel. The discs aren't required after the initial install.

Essentially, IOS59 is already modded. It would be interesting to see if there was a way to inject other games into it and make them launchable the same way, though. :)

I suppose WiiFS is the same File system format than the one used on WiiU. Nintendo likes to re-use their existing assets.
If we can look on that file system and add/edit its content like with the WiiU tool to edit the WiiU HDD (or it's the other way around, it's based on existing WiiHDD editors tools?), we can probably make other game channels launch other games located on the official WFS drives.

Personally, I prefer the current way to launch games on USB, with all user's options and patches available.
But doing it "because we can" is always a thing hackers are doing one day or another ;)

yes, it's available for years. Since Dragon Quest X release.
it has its own USB HDD loading feature, it's used only with encrypted HDD.

it's big because it has all the HDD encryption code.

it's probably the base for the WiiU IOS, which uses encrypted HDD natively.
