I don't know what was wrong with the files themselves, I just replaced the files from the HOMEBREWBASE folder with the ones I used from the Punemu ISO Template and it fixed the Slowdowns

Is it a WiiVC install? We need to have the files you have xD including the injector.
im preety sure you have a bad install of your wiiu channels.When I launch Nintendont (WiiVC) or NGC game from the WIIU home menu I get black screen after "wii"

Did you try using the inject script to make one? I think you are putting the wrong .Dol in the inject.
yes, just delet e all your nintendont vc titles on wiiu menu by going into wiiu memory managenent from sysnand and resintall a new one.
I have the nintendon wiivc downloaded from google drive : NINTENDONT FORWARDER BOOTSOUND.rar
maybe it corrupted why downloading, just delete it from nand and redownload everything and reinstall, there was a guy in nintendont github that downloaded the dol 3 times and 3 times the browser corrupted it so only when he changed browser is that he could download the dol correctly lol, browser sometimes corrupt stuff when downloading.
