I was trying to apply a patch to one of my games using HANS, and apparently, it seems I wasn't ready at the time to do it, but I was stupid and impatient tried to start the game I wanted to do anyway with the patch by changing all the settings on the black screen where it asks for settings before you start the game hoping that'd fix it, such as Region, Language, Code -> SD, Romfs -> SD, etc., many of them to "Yes" and maybe even the CPU Clock, and when I started my game by selecting "ok", one of my screens was black and the other was red. I later adjusted things so I think I'm pretty much ready to use HANS to patch it, but when I go to HANS with my wanted game in the game card slot, HANS starts up but it doesn't even let my change any of the settings and press "ok" or "EXIT" on the setting selection screen; there doesn't seem to even be any lines of code that happens when I start HANS with my desired game in the game cart, it just seems to start up with those settings with the top of my screen black but with a few colored pixels and the bottom was red; there wasn't even any lines of code before my screens were like this, as far as I saw.
How do I let HANS change the settings of my desired game I want patched so I can play it with the patch? How do I enable that setting selection screen for my desired game?
