You actually bought that piece of junk? Demand a refund and buy a real pc/laptop/smaller laptop. Your life will be much better afterwards.

Contact the manufacturer. If they said it will take months to repair/replace, put a chargeback with your credit card and get something else.

Haven't been hearing stellar reviews for the launch version or the revision, it's a cool idea, but apparently not a great execution.

I wasn't able to fix the problem. I sent it back to the manufacturer and I got a new device.
