im not sure but i have a feeling my N3ds speed is deteriorating, i have installed b9 on four N3ds consoles including mine and one thing i noticed is that all of those freshly installed consoles all boot speed are close to stock speed excluding mine. my SD micro is a 64gb class 10 that is a little more then half full with like 22GB remaining. i know the more things you usually put on the slower it will get but with flash memory that "shouldn't" be the case no? my system boots a little slower then other N3ds's and some some games lag (just tried enabling N3ds clocking in luma menu, going to see how that works)
but booting my N3ds without a sd card boots fast (i have b9 installed to the ctrl nand) i know your not supposed to defrag any kind of card or ssd and it is also unnecessary. anyone else having this little issue?

You can slightly reduce the boot time by using 64kb cluster size. But some people reported issues with VC GBA games and I felt that some games were taking longer to load (which doesn't make sense). But AFAIK this is not confirmed.
I personally still uses 32kb because I don't mind the few seconds more on boot time et everything feel the same as before.
