Never happened.
You shouldn't hack/cheat in online games like Splatoon or MK8 though as that would get you banned.

There's nothing wrong in updating as long as there's a (CB)HC game which is able to launch the HBL.

No worries on that, but homebrew channels won't lead to anything either? Like they did on the 3DS banwave

Such a case is not known yet so the answer for now is no.

I answered your question in another thread already but even if you're afraid of a banwave because of unsigned titles on your homescreen (like Homebrew Launcher Channel would be) just stick to loading HBL from a Haxchi game which Ninty likely never detects.

I'm thinking of getting into WIIU modding but I can only buy 2nd hand/used consoles. What steps can I take to ensure I don't get one that is updated past the point I can't mod?

yea well, from what i heard, 5.5.2 is hackable but the exploit doesnt work everytime, its pure randomness
though I don't know if it's still the case, maybe they updated tbhe exploit

yes. some people can get it to work, no problem; others can't get it to work at all. it's best to stay on 5.5.1, at least 'til haxchi is installed. however, all systems are hackable as of right now. also, you only need to trigger the exploit once for haxchi (have your exploit game and the haxchi installer ready), so being on 5.5.2 isn't a big deal really.

Hello everybody, I am new here. I would like to ask you if there is a way to install wiiu games backups directly on usb hd with my 5.5.2 wiiu? At the moment I am using loadiine loading games by my 4gb sd card. Wiiu games are havy and to buy a bigger sd is too expensive, I would prefer to use a 2 tb usb drive.

Another question: is possible to keep 2 usb hd at the same time on wiiu? One would ne used for game cube e wii games on the vWii, and the second for wiiu and ds backups.

Read the last couple of pages. There was mention of the external harddrive requiring a power source, as the WiiU will not provide power to a large drive. Also, I think two drives can be connected at the same time, yes. As long as you have it all setup to read from the correct one.
