Thank you for the driver
Unfortunately, the problem is still. I get the following error message:

View attachment 92780

My NTAG215 work with Thenaya v0.6 and with TagMo on Android.
I have tried different NTAG's. Always the same error.

Is the driver installed correctly or does your Arduino still come up as an unsupported device if you plug it in? When i connect mine, I have to select the apropiate port (iirc "ArduinoUnoR3") in order for it to work.

@Ac_K

Is the project still under development or did it silently died?

As I said on the GitHub :)
For all others who can't wait until I update AmiiBomb, Right now I don't have time to work on it! So be patient. Your NTAG works, it's just an error inside the UID calculation, I make AmiiBomb open source for get other people fix possible error or add functionality, but all I have it's people who claim there is a mistake "here" or "here"! So if you can't wait the fix, do it yourself :)!

Nothing mad here, anyone can understand I'm just busy.

Thanks for the info :)

Open source would be nice, pitty i can't program (i'm bad at languages and math, so as programming is languages... i'm one of those people who just don't get it.
And nobody has the right to be mad, it's a free project you did for the community and buying the uno r3 we all did on our own free will.

But, it's also a pritty cool project that doesn't deserve to go away, so open source would be great so others can help in fixing some stuff

Thanks again for all your work you did so far!

This isn't directly related to the software, but out of curiosity, does anyone know how long it takes for new amiibo .bin files to be made available? Splatoon 2 releases on Friday, for instance; how soon might the new Splatoon 2 amiibo files be ready?

How long does it take for someone to dump the amiibo?

I truthfully don't know—apologies for the naivety. If dumping the files is as quick as writing to or reading from an NFC tag, then I suppose the answer to my question is: "a matter of seconds." But I don't know if dumping is a more involved process; I'm not sure I understand what the term "dumping" even means.

No no, I was saying that it takes as long as it takes for amiibo to be dumped and uploaded which takes what, a few minutes at best (the slowest part is the upload)

Hi guys, now everything works. I found the mistake. The RC522 RFID was defective. Now I have two Arduino Borads with Ch340 drivers and with FD drivers.

Is there a way I could use the Powersaves nfc reader/writer with this software? I couldn't figure out how to do it
If not is there a way I use the Powersaves to write in a blank nfc card?
Thanks

You can not do this. Amiibo requires some 'fuses' to be burnt. You can only write some part of it, that's the way amiibo save data from games like ssmb.

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
